The bottle overflows through the lidUpdated a month ago
These three tips should help:
Correct fill level: Fill the bottle only up to the point where the bottle shoulder begins to curve. If you’re experiencing issues with water spilling, fill it slightly less.
Press the carboniser button with less force: Especially towards the end of the carbonation process, when the pressure release is about to activate.
Keep the bottle upright during carbonation.
If the cap is crooked or leaking, it often helps to reinsert the seal as follows:
Cap Seal Guide (for orders from 01.08.2025 onwards)
Remove the seal and dry all components with a cloth.
Place the seal in the center of the cap and press it down to the bottom.
Firmly press along the edge of the seal all the way around.
Cap Seal Guide (for orders up to 01.08.2025)
1. Remove the seal and dry all components.
2. The holes on the edge of the cap have different distances to the pressure-relief grooves
(see image).

3. Place the cap in front of you (as shown in the top image).
4. The seal has two opposite protrusions (visible at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock).

The protrusions should be positioned at approx. 1 o’clock and 7 o’clock.
6. Press the pressure-relief element straight into the cap.
It should now look like in the following image.
